Provided instructions to callers on how to make hotel reservations by utilizing out websites or assisted in making the reservation for them. Developed customer service protocol for new product division and assisted with the IT department and management to troubleshoot the new website and shop engine implementation. Worked as a liaison with hotel employees and dissatisfied guests and escalated problems to the corporate level if needed. Consistently followed through with issues to insure all parties were satisfied with the resolution.

Assisted customers with billing questions, explained plan rules and regulations, provided tier 1 technical support.
